Hello everyone, welcome to the first entry!!
I will start with what I have going now. I'm part way through a fisherman's sweater for my husband, knitting top down. I love this way of working. So easy to fit as you go. It's based on design ideas in Alice Starmore's great book and worked in Lion Brand fisherman's wool. Feels great.
Also a wonderful knitpicks bag kit that my daughter gave me for Christmas and mending her mitts where she went through the thumb : ) I'm planning on sharing the pattern for them when I've written it out.
I have a sweater nearly finished out of navy wool from knitpicks, just the buttonhole band which I am doing in crochet, just had to wait till I had the right buttons.
Other than that I'm always trying out ideas for new stitches and techniques so I'll write about them as they come up. Till next time...
